The TMSO is a community orchestra in the Detroit metro area. We worked with their music director to create a new logo during their rebrand and expansion.
Our goal was to communicate the kind of rich classical music experience that the audience can expect when attending a TMSO concert. We used a warm color palette reminiscent of the tones found in a stringed instrument. We also selected a timeless serif font (Goudy) and paired it with a flowing script to speak of the artfulness of music making.
The complete brand identity includes the logo and a mini mark that can be used in smaller formats. Logos must be versatile enough to be used across a variety of media at different sizes.
We also produced a tshirt for the new brand reveal event.
